  • Can I leave the luggage before the check-in time?
    Yes, our staff is there until 8:00 and can pick your luggage if your room is not ready yet, we use to send the check-in email always when room is ready, but if not, you can always reach our staff there :)
  • Where can I park?
    We do not have private park, so you can park at street (free of tickets between monday - friday, at 19:00 to 9:00), weekends are free, or use pay parking Garagem Monumental (prices between 12€ to 24€ per day).
  • There is kitchen? Fridge at room?
    No, we have a shared kitchen for small snacks and shared fridge at our living room. The kitchen should not be used for dinners or lunchs.
  • Is breakfast included?
    Yes, always! (unless some previous agreement)
  • There is lift on the building?
    No, but our staff always help you when reception is open. We only have one floor, at postal code mention 1o floor, but you can consider 2o floor.

  • I will arrive late, how can I check in?
    Our reception working time have different times, but you can always make your checkin online. A email will be sent on the day of checkin, around 1/2pm (or when the room is ready) to complete your checkin online, and then, after you complete, you will receive a new email with the instructions to access your room. If you can't see these emails, always check spam box. Is always sent to reservations email, if you want to change the email, start a chat with us.
  • Is a private bathroom?
    Yes, we only have private bathroom.
  • Can I checkin before 3pm?
    If the room is ready, we will send the link for checkin as soon is ready, if not, you can come and leave your luggage with us, our reception opens 9:00.

    Unfortunately our property only accept older than 12 years old.

    We only have double beds, and no extra bed, our apologies.
